A 7-day pass for $19 (USD). The pass gives you access to chat with Aisletea, our AI sounding board for wedding planning, plus the vow and toast builders and your drafts library. Access begins when payment completes and ends 7 days later. The pass is one-time, not a subscription. Each Stripe checkout maps to exactly one pass.

Aisletea is a conversational AI tool, not a licensed therapist, counselor, lawyer, financial advisor, medical professional, or wedding planner. Don’t use it as a substitute for any of those. If you’re in crisis, please use the resources we provide (988, DV hotline, RAINN) or contact a qualified professional.

Like any AI product, responses are generated on a best-effort basis and can be imperfect — including occasionally missing, misreading, or losing track of context you’ve shared in your profile or earlier messages. That’s an inherent limitation of the technology, not a service failure, and it isn’t grounds for a refund on its own. If something seems genuinely broken, email us and we’ll look at it.

• You’re 18 or older.
• You won’t use the service for anything illegal, abusive, harassing, or to impersonate someone else.
• You won’t share access tokens or attempt to circumvent payment.
• AI responses are generated text, not professional advice. Use your own judgment before acting on suggestions, especially for legal, medical, or financial matters.

What you write — messages, profile context, drafts — stays yours. We store it against your anonymous pass token to run the service (see the Privacy page for exactly what that means) and claim no other rights to it.

Because access is digital and immediate, we don’t offer refunds by default. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end (the service was down, a payment was double-charged), email hello@aisletea.com and we’ll make it right.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI responses.

We may update these terms over time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
